The National Association of Phlebotomy Training Professionals (NAPTP) provides nationally recognised phlebotomy instructor certifications, training programs, and professional renewals across the US.

THE CHALLENGE

NAPTP was generating just 500 monthly organic visitors despite operating in a category with genuine search demand — keywords like ‘phlebotomy training specialists’ attract over 27,000 searches a month. Competitors were capturing enrollments that should have been theirs.

WHAT WE DID

We identified that NAPTP’s biggest opportunity lay in owning instructor-level and certification-specific keywords — a segment with high intent and lower competition than broad phlebotomy terms. We rebuilt their on-page SEO from the ground up, targeting each program with its own optimised content cluster, and executed a targeted authority campaign to accelerate rankings.

We also targeted adjacent high-volume keywords like ‘immunization certification’ (260/mo) and ‘immunization training’ (90/mo) to expand reach into complementary categories.
